A s205 information certificate is ordered by a prospective owner of a lot to confirm any annual levies a new owner can expect to pay to the body corporate. This includes any arrears or penalties, and also details some additional information about the body corporate. This information certificate request form is used by a prospective purchaser to order and pay for a s205 information certificate.
